Assignments from courses were collected and reviewed by both external evaluators and classroom instructors to determine the level of competency for each outcome on three-point rubrics.

In 2009:

  • The mean score of 1.84 (on a 3 point scale) with 36% judged to be acceptable or proficient in all criteria for outcome #2 (graduates will analyze a current management scenario using an enhanced personal framework).
  • The mean score of 2.58 (on a 3 point scale) for outcome #1 (graduates will develop and communicate a personal management framework).
