Evidence of Student Learning - Internal: How will the program measure what I have learned?:

Assignments from courses were collected and reviewed by both external evaluators and classroom instructors to determine the level of competency for each outcome on three-point rubrics.

The MGMT assessment results for 2009 (n=25) showed that students seemed stronger in developing personal framework (average score 2.54) than using the framework for analysis (average score 1.84). Both scores were on a 3-point scale, with 1 being unacceptable, 2 being acceptable, and 3 being proficient.
